Potato Pancakes with Comté Cheese
INGREDIENTS (Serves 8):
1.2kg of potatoes
300g fresh Comté cheese
1 egg
1 clove garlic
50g flour
salt
pepper
parsley
METHOD
In a bowl, mix the grated, unwashed potatoes, grated Comté, egg, flour, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour out the pancake mixture into a hot frying pan and then cook on both sides at a low heat.
Serve hot with a salad or meat dish.
Serve warm with a white or red Jura wine.
