Our
Juramorbier is made in the region that developed it: The
Jurassien Massif.
Our production is naturally done in small cheese houses and with
non-pasteurised milk.
We age our cheese from 60 to 100 days, depending upon the desired
strength. In this way, you may choose a cheese that is best suited
to the tastes of your region.
It has a soft texture, and you will detect the great taste of a
true non-pasteurised cheese: Gently flavoured with the aromas of
our region and what grows in it. Our Juramorbier is purchased in
6 to 7 kg, individually packed cartons. |
