Mountain Range is now converted for exclusive organic production.
The milk is collected from a limited zone, guaranteeing milk is produced according
to organic standards.
The cheese must then be pressed within a 24-hour time frame that further guarantees
the quality of this product that is perfectly adapted to a demanding market.
