Made from heated raw milk and natural fermenting agents without additives colouring or preservatives, Comté cheese has a wealth of qualities and flavours. Comté is made from fresh milk collected every day of the year. Perfect for pregnant women and growing adolescents, it is a source of phosphorus, calcium and mineral and protein salts, contributing to a balanced diet. It contains little salt: 3 times less than Camembert for example.
